After returning from the hospital this morning Grassi Ostia .... where we left the sick tonsillone Ele!
..... is gone, now a bit 'of recovery and then restarted with Manu .... her speech was fixed for 26! ;)
oh well ... now I speak of the first dish prepared for Christmas dinner .... I had thought of a white lasagna with mushrooms and sausage, and wandering through the web I found this recipe suggested that the 'addition of fresh smoked provolone company .... arduous found here in Rome but I'm stubborn and so after finding it .......
Ingredients for six persons:
Bechamel
2 sausages 300 gr. frozen mixed mushrooms
10 sheets of lasagne ready
a smoked provolone fresh grated Parmesan
white wine garlic olive
parsley salt and pepper
Prepare the sauce. After being washed and cut, prepare the mushrooms by placing them in a pan with olive oil, whole garlic, parsley, salt and a sprinkle of pepper, and cook covered over low heat. Meanwhile, peel the sausages and brown them in a frying pan in hand, with a goccino oil, widening with the back of a fork, blend with the wine and merge them to finish cooking mushrooms.
Prepare lasagna, starting with a layer of white sauce on the bottom, a layer of pasta, white sauce, mushrooms and sausage, cubes of cheese and Parmesan cheese. Continue for five layers and finish with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
If you want to prepare in advance as I did, lightly wet the sheets of lasagna in boiling water is not necessarily. After the preparation, freeze without cooking. The night before, from the freezer to the fridge and the day, pull out a couple of hours before cooking.
Council zeppole result ... perfect;)
