I muffin non devono essere mescolati molto, per evitare che risultino duri. Nigella ricorda che anche se compaiono dei grumi, non dobbiamo toglierli, anzi determineranno la buona riuscita del muffin.
Riempire gli appositi pirottini per 3/4 ed infornare a forno caldo (200°) per 20 / 30 minutes.

Finally I can post this simple yet tasty recipe ......
time ago I too have been contacted by Ariosto, and honestly I was undecided whether to accept the 'offer to try a few sachets of their products ......
are somewhat 'fixed and only preach what I believe so .... imagine my skepticism when making a commitment like that .... but ...... but ...... rassicuratami absence of various preservatives and MSG ... I accepted the offer and I was really excited!

Ingredients:

1.5 kg boneless chicken thighs
150 ml.
white wine 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 packet of
Ariosto Seasonings for beef roast and grilled (sea salt, rosemary, garlic, sage, juniper, bay leaves, oregano, thyme, marjoram, basil and herbs)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl that can hold all the meat. Reducing the meat into cubes and place in marinade, mix to clothe them well, cover and store in refrigerator.
Make this the night before if you serve for lunch or in the morning for the evening.
