Una rappresentanza del nucleo genovese di FN e di LS ha visitato il CSO BARBAROSSA, stabile occupato dai camerati pavesi, con l'aiuto di diverse realtà d'area della zona.

L'occupazione è a scopo abitativo, ogni giorno decine e decine di persone, a causa di vicissitudini familiari o di speculazioni bancarie, perdono un tetto sotto il quale vivere, e sono costretti a farsi ospitare da parenti o amici nel migliore dei casi, altrimenti il posto in strada o sotto ad un ponte è, tristemente, assicurato.

Inoltre il CSO BARBAROSSA si propone anche come spazio aperto a tutti coloro che condividono idee non conformi, pertanto è anche spazio per esprimere le proprie opinioni e la propria creatività, parole dimostrate dalle prossime iniziative che gli "occupanti" hanno intenzione di portare avanti, come l'esposizione delle opere facenti parte del concorso "Arditarte", organizzato da Lotta Universitaria e l'associazione culturale Ordine Futuro.

Arrivati, ci danno il benvenuto degli enormi murales, presenti sulla facciata dello stabile.
Conosciamo subito i ragazzi presenti, che, molto cordialmente, ci offrono una birra, prima di iniziare il tour dello stabile. Enorme. Conosciamo chi ha fatto le "opere" presenti sul BARBAROSSA, un vero artista. Usciamo nel cortile circostante l'edificio, ci fermiamo a parlare per un'oretta. Militanza, situazione in città, occupazione sono i nostri argomenti, contornati dalla consueta goliardia. Ci accingiamo a ritornare nella vecchia Zena, non prima però, di una foto dinnanzi allo stabile. Salutiamo i ragazzi, davvero gentili, simpatici ed ospitali. E ci mettiamo in viaggio.

Il 3 maggio ci arriva una bruttissima notizia. Purtroppo nella mattina del giorno stesso il centro sociale è stato sgomberato dalle forze dell' (dis)ordine, che da serve delle reazione, hanno fatto irruzione nello stabile fermando un occupante e portando via tutto ciò che era presente all'interno. FILETTO DI TONNO ARROSTO CON SALSA AL VINO BIANCO

Ingredienti:
300g circa di filetto di tonno, va bene anche già affettato
1/2 cucchiaio di aceto bianco (io ho fatto anche senza)
1 ciuffetto di prezzemolo
dragoncello
erba cipollina
1 scalogno
2 dl di vino bianco
20+80g di burro
sale e pepe
come contorno patate novelle arrosto

tagliate il filetto, se lo avete trovato intero, in 3/4 parti e mettetelo a rosolare in una padella con 20g di burro.
la ricetta dice di lasciarlo crudo all'interno, ma per mio gusto personale io l'ho lasciato cuocere bene, coprendolo con il coperchio... ci vorranno circa 10 minuti, dipende anche da quanto è spesso...
tritate lo scalogno, aggiungete il vino e fatelo evaporare leggermente, dopo di che, anche qui modifica personale, frullate il tutto con il minipimer aggiungendo gli 80g di burro a pezzetti, salate e pepate. Alla fine aggiungete alla salsina le erbette;
impiattate il tonno e le patate ed irrorateli con la salsina, che sarà diventata rosata.
